The Board of Trustees will use its best efforts to represent the American Towers Owners Association and will strive; to govern and operate with strict observance and conservative interpretation of our Condominium Declaration and By-laws and the Rules and Regulations; to promote our integrity and the highest quality condominium community environment; to protect and enhance the collective interests and values; and to provide the highest levels of service at the lowest practical cost; all consistent with the application of good judgment, good management and sound business practices.
