President's Message - February 2002

Tom Halleran
President

Greetings neighbors,

I hope this finds you well and in good spirits. We are now one week into the Olympic Winter Games and I am as surprised as anyone just how well we seem to be doing relative to the ingress and egress of vehicles at our building. Being "at the center of the games" has its advantages and disadvantages but it all seems manageable at this time. I want to encourage everyone to get out and celebrate the Olympic Games and our beautiful city of Salt Lake. There is plenty to do and the prices have remained reasonable given it's the Olympic Games.

On another note I want to welcome Norm Salisbury to the Board and wish him luck in the coming year as he gets a look at the meetings from a different angle. Please give Norm your support as you have given it to me during my three years as a member.

Our security staff, housekeeping and maintenance departments have done a wonderful job of keeping up with all of their responsibilities during this hectic time and I want to extend my commendation to all of them for their continued attention to detail. We are all proud to call the American Towers home because of their efforts.

See you all at the Board of Directors meeting.

Sincerely,

Tom Halleran,
