Hi Neighbors,

The third month of the year has come and gone. I hope this finds all of you well. As we get into the spring months I want to remind you that it is a great time to clean out things around the house and the parking areas. Take a moment to consider passing on the winter clothing that will probably not fit by the next time that you wear them. There are many fine organizations in Salt Lake City that will be glad to assist you in the disposal of these items that are still in good shape and can still be passed on to the less fortunate in our community. Please call if I can help point you in the direction of a worthy cause.

Does anyone else think that we should consider doing some more social things together? I have had a chance to meet many of my neighbors in recent years and you are wonderful people. I have enjoyed the opportunities that have been presented to socialize and wonder if there are folks in the American Towers that would be interested in getting together for a "Howdy Time"? You know it makes a difference when you make an effort to make something new happen. Give it some thought. If there is interest or suggestions in this area, please feel free to call me.

Watch your energy usage this summer, the costs are going through the roof.

Come by and say hello at the next Board Meeting on the last Thursday of each month.
