President's Message - April 2003

Norman Salisbury
President

Fellow Neighbors:

We are nearly at the point of final Board approval for the repair of our air conditioning system, however a few difficulties remain. We are still wrestling with the issue of where to locate a new cooling tower.

We have attempted to negotiate the purchase of a small corner of the parking lot to the north of us for a cooling tower, while at the same time we have been evaluating another location if we cannot reach an agreement on the land.

The land issue is complex and requires a simultaneous resolution of many other property issues, including future usage of our alley. We do expect to make a final decision within a week or two with or without the land.

We will be posting notices of an open meeting for all owners in which we will detail the proposed repairs, the costs, the installation time frame and will be prepared to approve the final proposal.

Your Board of Trustees sincerely appreciates the input we have received thus far and encourage you to attend these Board meetings and study the materials that we will be sending to you.

Sincerely,

Norman Salisbury
