Dear Fellow Owners:

As the Holiday season approaches, many residents and owners have asked if the Association provides convenient means of distributing a Holiday gratuity to all members of the staff. In the past, the Association has handled this but as your Board looked at this, we determined that the notion of resident participation, and assisting and encouraging participation was a great idea. As a result of these discussions, we have discontinued the Associations participation in favor of a program that is funded entirely by voluntary contributions from owners and residents. A pool will be created by your voluntary contributions and distributed amongst the staff based upon a formula employing tenure, position, performance and managerial review as the criteria for distribution. This is a similar method and formula that I have seen used in other organizations that I’ve been involved with. Please take this opportunity to show your appreciation to all of our staff and make a contribution to this new Holiday gratuity pool. The best and easiest way to do this is by writing a separate check payable to American Towers with a notation on the check that designates it for the employee gratuity pool. Please do this soon so that we can make the distributions early into the Holiday season.

Please give generously. We have a great staff and I would be very gratified to see a good showing of our appreciation.
