Dear Fellow Owners and Residents:

Season's Greetings to all. On behalf of your Board, I wish you all a very Happy Holiday and a prosperous New Year.

Once again, I would like to take a few minutes to remind everyone to please show your appreciation to our great staff by contributing generously to the Employee Holiday Gratuity fund. Our staff is very experienced and highly dedicated. As President I have the opportunity to observe first hand their performance and I am always grateful and respectful of their abilities and skill in performing frequently very difficult tasks. In the Holiday spirit I encourage you to please give generously this year. We have a great staff and I would very much like to show them our gratitude and appreciation.

Many of you are either remodeling or refurbishing your condos. I would like to encourage you in your remodeling to use environment and health friendly paints, finishes and adhesives. You may not realize that many residents here may have chemical sensitivities that are greatly aggravated by older traditional finishes and adhesives. Please be aware and either use or request your contractors to use newly available materials that are environmentally and health friendly.

As the Holiday Season approaches when many family and friends will visit either to stay or for Holiday functions, please remember to provide a guest list to security or go to the office to obtain a temporary guest access card. Please do not give or lend your card to family guests and visitors. Security will not know who they are and will not know if the access card was stolen or improperly obtained.
