Dear Fellow Owners and Residents:

Season's Greetings to all. On behalf of your Board, I wish you all a very Happy Holiday and a prosperous New Year.

Once again, I would like to take a few minutes to remind everyone to please show your appreciation to our great staff by contributing generously to the Employee Holiday Gratuity fund. Our staff is very experienced and highly dedicated. As President I have the opportunity to observe first hand their performance and I am always grateful and respectful of their abilities and skill in performing frequently very difficult tasks. In the Holiday spirit I encourage you to please give generously this year. We have a great staff and I would very much like to show them our gratitude and appreciation.

As the holiday season approaches, I would like to encourage all owners to please avoid using live Christmas trees. They are an extreme fire hazard especially so in a high rise residential environment. They are extremely messy and difficult to clean up. Many times our staff has to vacuum hallways and elevators where owners have trasported their trees. Please use artificial trees.
