Decorating Update

Dear Fellow Homeowners:

This is a short note to update you on the progress of our redecorating project.

First and foremost, we now have a signed contract with Fine Construction and have started making disbursements of funds to start ordering supplies and materials.

The financing of the loans for the assessment (for those Owners that elected to pay the assessment over time) and financing for the LED project (which will be paid by savings on our electrical bill) have been approved by Zions Bank and we will request funding from the loans shortly.

Special Owners Meeting for Sept. 10th postponed to Sept. 24th

The Special Owners Meeting originally scheduled for Sept. 10th has been postponed to Sept. 24th at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room.

Trustee Election Results

The final results of the August 9, 2014 election for Trustee are as follows:

Anthony (Tony) Mejia 350.18
Kelsy Tyson 142.66
No Vote (abstain) 9.00
Lance Williams 3.76

At the Board Meeting held on December 11, 2013, the Residential Board of Trustees unanimously approve the following new Rules governing the Rooftop Amenity Areas:

Recycling service is now available at American Towers

Single Stream recycling is now available at American Towers. Plastics, Cardboard, Paper and Metals should be deposited in the blue recycling dumpsters located just outside the elevators of each tower on P2 beside our regular waste containers. In addition, glass can also be recycled by placing it in the two blue containers located just outside the South Tower lobby back entrance on P1.

Thanks goes to the Recycling Committee for their great work and efforts in getting this project started and in coordinating its implementation.
