As a resident of American Towers, you have access to our fabulous rooftops, featuring panoramic views of the city, the Great Salt Lake, and surrounding mountain ranges. 

There is a gathering area (referred to as the rooftops) located on top of the North and South Towers. Each contains dining tables, chairs, and lounges, as well as pergolas for shade. They are available for use by all residents and their guests. Rooftops can be reserved under certain conditions.

There are 2 barbecues on each roof, available for the use of residents and their guests. 

Each roof has one hot tub, available from 6:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. for the use of residents and their guests.

Each rooftop includes a kitchen with an access window, running water, and a sink. This stay may be reserved and used for gatherings.

Pool, hot tub, and sauna, with adjacent restrooms, and changing areas are available for the use of residents and their guests.  Children under 2 years of age may not use the hot tubs. Individuals under the age of 18 may not use the hot tubs without adult, resident supervision.

The AT community room hosts our larger community events, as well as monthly HOA meetings. It may be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis for private, resident-organized events and meetings.  Reservation forms are available online. Reservations also include a $400.00 refundable cleaning deposit.

Residential parking is available on parking levels 2 and 3 with one (1) individual parking space available for each condominium unit. The parking unit is accessible with a proximity card reader on parking level 2 at the bottom of the 200 South entrance.  Additional parking spaces may be rented in the public parking areas on a month-by-month basis.  An area for washing or rinsing cars is available on parking level 3.  Bike racks are available for locking and storing bicycles.

Gym facilities are available to residents and their guests. These include free weights, weight machines, treadmills, exercise bikes, and rowing machines.

The billiard room includes 3 tables available for the use of residents and accompanied guests. No reservation is necessary, and access may be obtained by calling security personnel.

A well-appointed library with chairs, tables, and couches is available on a first come, first-served basis.
