Residential Living
As the largest residential community in downtown Salt Lake, we are far more than two high-rise towers; we are a neighborhood. Our community is made up of residents as young as 9 months and as old as 99 years, with folks from around the world.
Hundreds of events happen year-round within our surrounding blocks. But we also have a vibrant social community within the walls of our building. Our residents organize events almost every week, including monthly standing events ranging from racquetball to brunch to poker nights.
For those new to the state, or just new to downtown living, American Towers offers a variety of ways to get involved in a welcoming, diverse, and engaged community of people who are always happy to meet a new neighbor.
